A micro scooter is a type of scooter that is basically used more often by kids for fun purposes. There are various types of micro scooters not only for kids but also for adults. Some of us even prefer to go around and take strolls of short distances using the micro scooter. This is because it will enable you to navigate through traffic and be able to reach your destination faster. The scooter since it is motor driven does not require a lot of the knowledge of a user since all you need to do is to start and be able to control it to avoid obstacles. Here are some of the few tips you can use to teach your first time child how to use and ride a scooter.
Allow the child to stand on top of the scooter and show him the basics of what happens whenever you cause a movement in the handlebars. Make him understand that by turning the handle bars, the scooter also moves to the direction that the turn has been made.
After this is done give your child some time to get used to this movement.
Try pulling your child to different directions while he/she is on the scooter and observe his reaction. This will enable him/her to become steady while riding.
Introduce your child to the breaks and show them how they work. You may also, if your child is a fast learner, encourage them to perform simple stunts such as making the scooter to jump while riding. However if your child is not fast enough be sure that he/she will be able to master the  sport with due time, all you got to do is to give them time.
